The Security Advisor will be embedded within the client's organisation and serve as the primary advisor to the management team on security-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary advisor to the client's management team on security-related matters.
• Develop and maintain a network of relevant counterparts, host nation agencies, and organisations.
• Analyse security information and create reports for decision-makers.
• Manage local or international security personnel.
• Suggest and implement improvements to security and crisis management.
• Train client staff on security matters such as first aid and evacuation procedures.
• Manage security incidents effectively.

Profile:

• Swedish citizen.
• Military Officer, Police Officer, or relevant academic background.
• Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience.
• Experience from previous international deployments in a relevant function.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Formal Medical training.
• Clean criminal record.
